A very popular local eatery, Toby’s Food Truck, approached us to make them a sweet red pepper jelly for a new burger, “The Jammer” (fantastic burger!). After a few trial and error runs, we had a winner. This pepper jelly is mild & sweet with a hint of cayenne pepper and is so delicious on so many foods!
